72 nd Republic Day Celebration

The 72nd Republic Day was celebrated with great fervor and patriotism in our school premises on 26.01.2021 following social distancing and preventive measures during this pandemic COVID-19. The function started around 8.30 a.m with flag hoisting. The Tiranga (Flag) was hoisted by the Chief Guest Mr. P.Subburaj B.A., Committee member, Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund and presided by Mr.A.Pakkiaraj B.A., Committee Member, Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund.

The gathering was welcomed by Mrs.V.R.M.Priya, Academic Co-ordinator of K.G.Dept., Our Secretary Mr.Narayanamurthy M.Tech., honoured the Chief Guest and the Presiding Guest with a shawl and memento. The Chief Guest and the Presiding Guest gave crisp speech wishing the gathering on the day of Republic.

Followed by their speeches, prizes were distributed to students who bagged prizes in Interschool competitions. Succeeded by it, was the colourful performance of students including speech, song and dance to embellish the celebration of the 72nd Republic Day.

Vote of Thanks was proposed by Mrs.Nandhini Academic Co-ordinator of Primary Dept., The function winded up with National Anthem. It was a day of rejoicing with distribution of sweets.
