SPECIAL COURSE FOR GUIDE WING

The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Tamil Nadu, has conducted a Special Course for the Guide Wing from 26.05.2026 to 30.05.2026 at the State Training Centre, Coonoor.

Our school’s Guide Captain, Mrs. P. Singalakshmi, HWB (G), attended the course successfully and received a certificate of completion.

The course was designed to develop pioneering skills, leadership qualities, teamwork, and practical knowledge among Guide leaders. During the training, participants learned various pioneering techniques, including knotting, lashing, and rope work. They also took part in practical sessions where they constructed gateways, flag stands, bridges, and other pioneering structures using poles and ropes.

The course was highly informative and beneficial, and the knowledge gained will be useful in strengthening Guide activities in our school.
