Annual Day Evening 2026

The eagerly anticipated Annual Day Celebration of Thiruthangal NadarVidhyalaya was held was held on 26th September 2026 (Saturday) with great enthusiasm and grandeur in the school auditorium. The event served as a vibrant platform to celebrate the achievements, talents, and creativity of the students, reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic education and all-round development.

The celebration was graced by the esteemed dignitaries, members of the management, teachers, parents, and students. The evening commenced with a warm welcome, followed by the ceremonial inauguration and inspiring addresses by the dignitaries, setting a positive and celebratory tone for the occasion.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. K. Kamaraj M.A Honorary Director, Kamaraj IAS Academy and along with the presiding guest Mr.P. Subramanian, Treasurer of Thiruthangal NadarVidhyalaya, and other dignitaries.

The cultural fest commenced with a warm and heartfelt welcome address delivered by Mrs.ShymalaL., Academic Co-ordinator of the High School Department. In her speech, she extended a cordial welcome to the chief guest, dignitaries, faculty members, participants, and audience.

One of the key moments of the eveningwas the presentation of the Annual Report for the Academic Year 2025–2026 by our respected Principal In-Charge, Mrs.Geetha D . In her address, she highlighted the school’s academic achievements, students’ accomplishments in sports and extracurricular activities, and the various initiatives undertaken to promote holistic development. She also acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the management, teachers, and students in achieving the school’s goals. The annual report reflected the institution’s continued commitment to academic excellence, character building, and the all-round development of every student.

A significant highlight of the celebration was the prize distribution ceremony, during which students who excelled in academics, sports, and various extracurricular activities were recognised and honoured for their achievements. The awardees received their accolades with pride, while their accomplishments inspired fellow students to pursue excellence in all spheres of life.

The programme featured a spectacular array of cultural performances that showcased the artistic talents and creative abilities of the students. The performances included semi-classical dance, fusion dance, western dance, puppet fusion dance, and dramatic performances. Each presentation reflected the dedication, discipline, teamwork, and confidence of the young performers, captivating the audience and adding colour and vibrancy to the evening.Students from Classes VI to XII showcased immense talent and enthusiasm in every performance. The fest witnessed the participation of over 400 students, making it a grand success.

The successful conduct of the Annual Day was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the management, organising committee, teachers, and student volunteers, whose meticulous planning and coordination ensured the smooth execution of the event.

The evening concluded on a gracious note with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs.Bhavani T., Academic Co-ordinator of the Senior Secondary Department, expressing sincere gratitude to the dignitaries, management, parents, teachers, students, and all those who contributed to the success of the celebration.
