73rd REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION – 26.01.2022

On the auspicious morning of 26th January, our school celebrated Republic day in the school premises. It was a great pride for all of us. The day was celebrated in our school with great éclat. The school building was decorated with pictures of Freedom Fighters and National flags.

A parade by students of Scouts and Guides along with band escorted the team of members. The chief guest of the day Mr.G.Rajamurthy M.A ( Asst. Secretary of Thiruthangal Nadar Vidhyalaya) and the presided person of the day Mr. Murugavel (Treasurer of Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund) and the esteemed team of members unfurled the National flag. Teachers and the students took part in this occasion.

The August gathering was welcomed by Mrs. P.R.Preetha [HOD of Science Department]. A speech on Republic day was delivered by the teachers in three different languages.[Tamil, English & Hindi]

The programme ended with a token of gratitude proposed by Mrs. Shymala.L [HOD of Mathematics Department & High school ACO]
In fact, it was a day of rejoicing and merry making. May we continue celebrating this day forever!.
