WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY – 06.06.22

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY- 2022
The school celebrated World Environment Day on 6th June 2022 with complete zeal and responsibility towards the nature. A song in praise of nature and a speech on importance of environment were performed in school assembly. On this occasion, students took part in many activities to show their concern towards the nature. They were engaged in making eco–friendly bags, art using leaves, posters on the theme ‘save environment’. Poster making and slogan writing activities were organized to sensitize them to the issues of climate change, deterioration of natural resources, etc. The activities helped the children to bestow their love for nature and their responsibility towards the environment.
This year’s theme ‘Only One Earth’ on World Environment Day focused on the role and need of human in protecting our earth. The day was celebrated with great dynamism and endurance.
