REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION – 2026

Thiruthangal Nadar Vidhyalaya proudly celebrated the 77th Republic Day on Monday, 26th January 2026 at Er. A. Mariappan Ramuthai Auditorium with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm.
The celebration commenced at 9.00 a.m. with the ceremonial Flag Hoisting by our respected Principal, Mr. G. Sethuraman, M.Sc., M.Ed., M.B.A, followed by the Flag Song and Tamizh Thaai Vaazhthu. The tricolour fluttering high filled the atmosphere with pride and unity.
The event was presided over by Thiru. D. Subbaiah, President, Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund. In his address, he highlighted the importance of constitutional values, discipline, and responsible citizenship among students.
The Principal, in his inspiring speech, emphasized the significance of Republic Day and encouraged students to uphold the ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.
The celebration featured a vibrant array of cultural programs including: Tamizh Kavidhai, Patriotic Songs, English Speech, Patriotic Dance Performances
Students showcased their talents with confidence and patriotic spirit, earning appreciation from the audience. Prize distribution was conducted to recognize outstanding achievements.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks followed by the National Anthem, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of national pride and commitment.
