SWACHHATA SHAPATH DAY 1.9.2021

The children of today are the citizens of tomorrow. To help the children understand their role in building a cleaner and healthier future for themselves, SwachhtaPakhwada, a clean India campaign was organised by Pre-Primary department.

Our enthusiastic stars of Std1& 2 engaged themselves ina solemn promise on SwachhataShapathday (01.09.2021) on covid-19 appropriate behaviours.
The cleanliness pledge was taken by the students with great spirits.

SWACHHATA AWARENESS DAY 2.9.21

• Swatchhata Awareness day was done by High School
• Assessment on Sanitary facilities done by teachers on 02.09.21
• Assessment based on the criteria three scale measure
• Inspected the Washroom, Elevator, Corridor, Garden, Water Tank, Water Taps , Ramp, Sanitary facilities for teachers and students, Segregation of waste items, Parking area, Vending machine & Incinerator machine
• After assessing, proposal was given to the school management.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH DAY 3.09.21

We, the compartment of Secondary and Senior Secondary conducted the activity of “Community Outreach” on 3rd September 2021. The students from all the classes actively participated and uploaded their pictures in their respective class teachers’ GC.

Parents of all class students respectively participated in various competitions like Painting, Clay modeling and Essay writing on Swachhata mission.

THEME : Lighting Corona through Covid appropriate behavior
Beneficiaries : Students of Class VI, VII and VIII
Total no. of participants : 480 students

Objective :

• To Contribute to cleanliness drive for Swachh Bharat-Swachhata Pakhwada .
• Focus on hand washing using mask and social distancing to safeguard from Covid 19

Stages :

• The students of Class V,VII & VIII were asked to prepare poster or slogan on the theme fighting
• Corona through Covid appropriate behaviors and posted in GC.
• Students participated enthusiastically. Later students were made to show their work during zoom class

We, the KG Department of TNV observed the cleanliness drive for Swachh Bharat – Swachhata Pakhwada on 09.09.21 to create awareness on the need for proper hand wash and maintain personal hygiene in our daily life. Our kids demonstrated proper hand washing methods and basic personal hygiene methods.

ACTIVITY NAME : Discussion on Swachhata Pakhwada activities
Beneficiaries : Teachers, Parents & Students
Objectives : To create awareness among students, parents and local people
Stage : Teachers instructed students to suggest some of the activities for Swachhata Pakhwada after discussing with their parents and neighbor about the objectives and Swachh Bharath.

Students came out with the following suggestion

• Activity based on bag making using biodegradable material like jute, cloth, newspaper etc.
• Making initiatives to clean their surroundings and show the difference by taking pictures of before and after initiative.
• Making idols and deities using eco-friendly products like grains, news paper, turmeric etc.
• The best class award (Star, Badges on the students personal cleanliness and class cleanliness
• Weekly once students can be involved in dusting class windows, doors, cupboards and desks etc.
• Students can be inculcated with the habit of separating biodegradable and non biodegradable by installing to two trash bins
• Activity like Vlog making showing the cleanliness for their home and surroundings.
• Photos of swachh activities and slogans can be hing in classroom.
• Making school campus plastic free and insisting students to use lunch box, water bottle in steel.

PARTICIPANTS : Parents

OBJECTIVES : To Create awareness to the community regarding Covid 19

STAGE :

• Parents were asked to make clay modeling or painting or Essay writing on the theme Combat Covid 19
• All the participants are awarded with E-certificate.
• And winners are to be honored with prizes on normal school days

Parents Talento 2021

On behalf of Swachh Bharat Swachhata Pakhwada a fifteen day program was initiated by CBSE. For the same, the middle school compartment took up the program of Prize Distribution day. For which, various competitions were conducted for the parents like Painting, Clay modeling & Essay writing on the topic Combat Covid and Swachh Bharat.

Parents participated with great enthusiasm and the winners of the event were rewarded with attractive prizes. Later the master piece art, craft and literature were displayed in the expo on 6th October 2021.
As Parents Talento 2021 in TNV Campus , the expo was inaugurated by our Secretary and Correspondent Thiru A.Narayana Murthy M.Tech., The winners of the events [parents] were also invited. Teachers and students of class 9 to 12 had a visit to the expo which really created on awareness among them. The photo gallery and the selfie corner which labels that “I am vaccinated and safe” attracted the audience.
