Independence Day Celebration

Our 72^nd  Independence day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect in our school. The function was presided over by Mr. G.Nagarajan, Committee member of Thiruthangal Nadar Vidhyalaya. To commemorate the sovereignty of our nation. Our Chief Guest Mr. M. Chellappa, committee member of Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund unfurled the tricolor flag and all in unison sang the flag song. Mrs. D.Geetha, ACO of Middle school welcomed the gathering.

Our students gave speech in Tamil, English & Hindi and expressed their views on Independence. Students presented a lively debate about Independence with Mrs. Selvarani M.A, B.Ed, HOD of Tamil Department as the judge. Group song was presented by our choir girls. Finally culturals ended with dance by our girls.
Our Chief Guest Mr. M.Chellappa gave speech on values of Independence. The programme concluded up with vote of thanks by Mrs. Kolammal ACO of primary school. The programme culminated with National Anthem.

Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace, unity in diversity
