LIBRARY WEEK CELEBRATION

Library week [14^th to 20^th] was celebrated in our school on 16.11.2018.A small program was performed in assembly.

• Speech was given by Yuthika Sree R.M of IV A.
• Avanthikaa S.S of class V D and Aadhithya. M of class VII A spoke about library in the past and present situation.
• Madhusri. S of class III B recited a poem on library.

The following competitions were conducted on the day

• Decode Puzzles
• Dictionary Activity
• Scavengers hunt
• Book Jacket Designing
• Creative writing
• Posters Making
• Model Making
• Quiz on book and authors

Nearly 156 students participated in the competitions.

The library week celebration was a great learning experience for all of us. It is not only engaging us in several fun-filled activities but also remind us that “Books are indeed a man’s best friend!”
