70^th Independence Day Celebration on 15^th August, 2016.

Celebration is not a theoretical need but a practical necessity. We followed this saying by celebrating our 70t^th Independence Day in our school on 15^th August.

“A hearty welcome in the best cheer” To make the function a delighted one, Welcome Address was delivered by our school SPL. Our tricolour flag was unfolded by our Chief Guest Thiru. J. Periyandavar, B.E., Secretary of Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund. Office bearers of the Uravinmurai, Thiruthangal school and Nadar college were present in the celebration.

Raising the National flag brought about a feel of pride and though of response. A promise for the Nations’ well being and prosperity was made through the pledge. Chief guest distributed the prizes and encouraged the students. In his address he saluted the efforts of the national leaders in building an Independent & Republic Nation. Our ASPL presented the vote of Thanks. The celebration ended with the National Anthem.
